A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring smooth functioning, maximizing sales, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations and staff performance
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Supervise, train, and motivate store employees
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Maintain store cleanliness, layout, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily financial reports
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues
