Sales Executive (Field Work)

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting clients, building relationships, and promoting products or services directly in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas
  • Promote and explain products/services to clients
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate prices and close deals
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence and persuasive ability
  • Good knowledge of local market and routes
  • Time management and target-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile apps for reporting

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: 12th pass or any graduate
  • Prior sales or field experience is an advantage
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
