A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting clients, building relationships, and promoting products or services directly in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas
- Promote and explain products/services to clients
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate prices and close deals
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence and persuasive ability
- Good knowledge of local market and routes
- Time management and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile apps for reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th pass or any graduate
- Prior sales or field experience is an advantage
- Valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
