A Rice Mill Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete operations of a rice mill, including procurement, processing, quality control, staff management, and ensuring efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the rice mill
- Oversee procurement of paddy and storage management
- Supervise milling process (cleaning, dehusking, polishing, grading)
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently
- Maintain quality standards of processed rice
- Monitor machinery performance and coordinate maintenance/repairs
- Manage workforce, including operators and labor staff
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and government regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and buyers
- Prepare production, sales, and financial reports
Required Skills:
- Strong operational and team management skills
- Knowledge of rice milling processes and machinery

Qualifications:
