A Primary/Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing young children’s academic, social, and emotional development through interactive and engaging teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, and shapes
- Use creative methods like storytelling, songs, games, and play-based learning
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and development
- Maintain records of student performance and attendance
- Encourage good behavior, discipline, and social skills
- Communicate regularly with parents about child development
- Organize classroom materials and learning resources
- Participate in school events, activities, and meetings

Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th pass with Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT/Montessori)
- Graduate with B.Ed (preferred for primary level)
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage
