Role Overview
A Collection Executive is responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers, maintaining regular follow-ups, and ensuring timely collections while preserving positive customer relationships and adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through phone calls, emails, and field visits regarding pending payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collection of dues
- Negotiate payment schedules and settlement plans with customers
- Maintain accurate records of collections, payments, and customer interactions
- Conduct field visits for payment recovery when required
- Coordinate with finance and accounts departments for payment updates
- Resolve customer concerns related to billing and outstanding balances
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during recovery activities
- Meet collection targets and contribute to reducing outstanding receivables
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting and collection procedures
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM software)
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in collections, recovery, customer service, or finance is preferred
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for field collection roles
Working Conditions

- Travel within Baharampur and nearby areas may be required

Salary Range (Baharampur)
- Fresher: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced (1–3 years): ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Senior Collection Executive: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000+ per month
- Additional incentives may be provided based on collection performance and recovery targets.
