An Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining relationships, and supporting business growth by ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services on time
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction
