Training Coordinator

A Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing employee training programs to improve skills, performance, and productivity within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs in coordination with managers and HR
  • Plan and schedule training sessions (online/offline)
  • Coordinate with internal trainers or external vendors
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and resources
  • Maintain training calendars and attendance records
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Collect feedback from participants and improve programs
  • Manage training budgets and logistics (venue, equipment, etc.)
  • Maintain records of employee training and certifications
  • Ensure compliance with company training policies

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
  • Attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, training tools, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (HR, Business Administration preferred)
  • Experience in training coordination or HR is an advantage
  • Certification in training or learning & development (optional)
