Berhampore Girls’ College is one of the oldest and most respected women’s colleges in Baharampur, Murshidabad. Established in 1946 by Prof. Amiya Rao and Mr. B.G. Rao (ICS), the college was founded with the vision of promoting women’s education and empowerment in the region. Today, it is recognized as one of the premier government-sponsored girls’ colleges in West Bengal.
