A Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the organization while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors
- Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors
- Create and process purchase orders
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details
- Coordinate with internal departments for procurement needs
- Monitor inventory levels and plan reorders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Track deliveries and resolve supply-related issues
Required Skills:

Qualifications:
