Relationship Manager

A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through sales and service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable products/services
  • Acquire new clients and expand the customer base
  • Cross-sell and upsell company products
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries and support
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain records of client interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities
