Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic WordPress Trainee to join our team. The candidate will assist in website development, content management, plugin customization, and website maintenance using WordPress. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates who are eager to build a career in web development and digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites
• Install and configure WordPress themes and plugins
• Update website content, images, banners, and pages
• Support in website customization using Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders
• Perform basic troubleshooting and bug fixing
• Optimize website speed and responsiveness
• Work with SEO-friendly content and website structure
• Monitor website performance and security updates
• Coordinate with designers and developers for project tasks
• Learn and implement new WordPress tools and technologies

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Familiarity with plugins and themes installation
• Knowledge of website management and content uploading
• Basic understanding of responsive web design
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Certification or training in WordPress/Web Development is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus
